I really think that metallica is a very good metal ballad band until they went to thrash. The band focuses way more on guitar than many other bands and a lot of people don't like that. Many of their guitar ballads are... Justice for all, ride the lightning, fade to black, nithing else matters, unforgiven, and of course one. In the mind of power ballads one and nothing else matters are probably the only ones that are softer and would fit in the catagory.

I don't really think this is a power ballad in my oppinion, but its a great song by metallica.
