In fact, many of his less popular solos are really underrated and right now I'd give my left arm to see him play a guitar - he's style, he's virtuosity, he's originality; this is by far the guitar god we should all look to for direction! ”

“Yesterday, I was watching your precious clapton and beck trying to keep pace with Page but honestly, it wasnt even frikin close. It sounded as if page was giving the slow *** clapton a lesson and teaching Beck to play smoke on the water's riff. I then watched a comparison between Hendrix and Page and I was amazed at how much more mature and talent wise better Page's playing was than that of Jimi. Don't get me wrong that Hendrix was great but I would put at least 3 guitarists ahead of him on the all time list for the man was incredibly overrated for what he did (created distortion). Also, Page was part of easily the best band ever, by light years. His riffs were by far the best and ever and everyone who disagrees has no sense in music and shouldn't even talk (dont even bring all that slash bull about Sweet Child O' Mine because it doesn't compare to page). His best riffs are rock and roll, Heartbraker, Over the hills, Black Dog, Stairway(I consider the beginning a riff), immigrant song, Trampled underfoot, Kashmir, Achilles Last Stand, In My Time of Dying, Ten years gone, Te Wanton Song, Nobody's fault but Mine, Tea For one, Moby Dick, Dancing days and the Ocean many, many, many more. Next his solos are the best ever and there are too many for me to list for he had multiple in every song. Among his greatest are; Stairway to Heaven, Since Ive been Loving You, Dazed and Confused, Heartbreaker, (My favorite) Whole Lotta Love, Achilles Last Stand, White Summer, and many more. The way Page brought the best band together as he did and that he wrote most of their songs (He didn't steal jack)he just changed the songs to how it pleased him. He never showed off and whatever he did was for the better of Led. Just puttin it out there, Freebird is the worst song ever and Stairway to heaven as a solo is 9x better than the one in Freebird”
